Helicobacter pylori is one of mysteri problem in Indonesia. There is very little data about H.pylori in Indonesian patient, moreover the genotype data Indonesian strain. I heard that Prof. Yamaoka is expert in virulence factors of H.pylori and human migration using H.pylori perspective. I think it would be so much information can be retrieved in Prof. Yamaoka's laboratory.
